Review: Back feels better - For 17 years I used the same office chair thinking it was good enough. My back got progressively worse, mostly from age. This chair allows me to sit for long period of time in comfort with my posture at the desk nearly perfect. For me it was more than worth the money for something I use daily. Also, the other reviews mention the adjustable lumbar pad. I can't imagine not being able to make this adjustment and recommend this less expensive option.

I am over 6 feet tall. I have sat in all three sizes, but I prefer size C. I also do not use the lumbar thing. I just remove it.

For 17 years I used the same office chair thinking it was good enough. My back got progressively worse, mostly from age. This chair allows me to sit for long period of time in comfort with my posture at the desk nearly perfect. For me it was more than worth the money for something I use daily. Also, the other reviews mention the adjustable lumbar pad. I can't imagine not being able to make this adjustment and recommend this less expensive option.

I had one of these at a previous job. I loved it so much I had to get one for home. This is the best office chair I have ever used. i would recommend it to anyone. I am over 6 feet tall. I have sat in all three sizes, but I prefer size C. I also do not use the lumbar thing. I just remove it.

The chair back was defective and no way to contact for support or replacement. Only option is to send back at my expense. I’ll just live with it I guess until it fails. My third Herman Miller chair so I know the quality to expect. This chair was scratched and dirty and when I attempted to contact Herman Miller which was the contact given through the Amazon help function their reply was that Amazon isn’t an authorized retailer and good luck!
