The reviews were mixed when I bought these, so I was anxious to try them when I put them out as an appetizer at our Christmas Eve family dinner. I paired these with a taziki feta dip and everyone really enjoyed them! The rice had great texture and all of the grape leaves were rolled and in tact, which was my concern due to the reviews I'd read. The flavor was the better than the dolmas I was used to with a subtle lemony marinade. They were good with the dip or without! I definitely recommend giving these a try especially since they're a good price. I think there were about 12 dolmas, not as thick as the ones I used to get but these were a little longer. We'll continue to get these!

These are disgusting! This is the third brand I think I've tried on Amazon of the 4.4 lb cans of dolmas and they are not good. The other brands all had good flavor but different textures, of the grape leaves and rice. This brand the flavor is terrible, the grape leaves have no flavor, and are extremely tough, the rice is mushy. They are not good on any level or by any measure. I'm hoping for this company's sake, I just got a bad can but I will not be trying another one to find out. Yuck!
