I'm mildly obese, but otherwise quite healthy, work a sedentary but busy job, and kind of go through periods of increased & decreased fitness, depending on how busy i am, etc. I noticed that when i'm taking the raspberry ketones, i dont need to eat as much food to feel satiated, i'm just not as ravenous between meals, and i can control myself better when i'm about to reach for a snack. I lost about 8 pounds in about a month, without exercising (probably would have been more if i was working out). I've taken a couple of breaks from taking the capsules, and my eating revert back to my old self after a couple of days off. My one concern (and i'm not sure it's related to the rasp ketones or not) is i feel like i've been bruising more when i take them... If it keeps happening, i'm gonna have to stop them, which sucks because they were working so well for me. :( ### ⭐ Weird brown stuff in the caps! *by T***E on Reviewed in the United States on June 16, 2017* Different product than what I purchased last year. Previously, the caps were filled with white powder and had a clear scent/taste of raspberries. This one contains caps filled with dark brown powder and the scent/flavor is not the same either. It looks and smells just like the green coffee bean extract that I also purchased from MangaNaturals in the past. I'm no longer sure what's inside so I'm not going to use it.
