A: Hi the full ingredients from the box are as follows:
active ingredients: 50mg dimenhydrinate usp
inactive ingredients (alphabetical order): croscarmellose sodium, FD&C Yellow 6 Aluminum Lake, Iron oxide Yellow, LACTOSE monohydrate, Magnesium Stearate, Microcystalline Cellulose, Polethylene Glycol, Polyvinyl alchohol, Silicon Dioxide, Starch (corn), Talc, Titanium Dioxide
So they do have a little bit of lactose. If just a mild lactose intolerance, then most likely won't be enough lactose to cause a problem. However people with a severe lactose intolerance or a true lactose allergy should NOT take these.

**Q: I have celiac disease, is this product gluten free?**
A: The ingredients do not say anything about gluten and the package does not say gluten free.

That’s a huge plus when you’ve got things to do but still need the nausea to stop. They’re also easy to swallow, which matters when you’re already queasy and don’t want to deal with giant pills. Whether it’s a stomach bug, motion sickness, or just general queasiness, these tablets work fast and work well. Five stars without hesitation.
