Is it CE certified?** A: Hi, the product is excellent quality and they're the first masks my kids will happily wear. Not sure about the CE certified sorry but not sure it would need these for a reusable cotton mask **Q: Would they fit a 4 year old?** A: They are a better fit on our 8 year old but they do fit our 4 year old. The fabric gives good coverage of the 4yo's face without being too big, but the straps are slightly loose. I'd imagine they might shrink a little after a couple of washes though and you could always put a little knot in the straps to tighten them until then. **Q: Can anyone provide the size please?
