We like that it is lower in sodium than most rubs you can buy so, therefore, we can use a heavy hand. We always put the Blue Hog on the slabs a day before and wrap them in plastic wrap. We stack the racks when they're done and wrap them tightly in parchment and foil for about an hour while we get the rest of the dinner on, then cut them at the last minute. Finger-licking good! It's great on chicken too. Magical spices!Expensive, but worth it. I have bought the big container before and kept it in the fridge. It lasted a couple of years,... but this time I bought the small one just a little over a week ago and it's already empty. We used it for 3 large-ish racks of Babybacks and the rest on chicken.
