Review: Perfect for a home gym - I have been using this for a month. It was easy to assemble with clear instructions and pieces were protected within the packaging. It took about an hour to assemble and included tools, though a ratchet spanner makes it a much easier job. The station itself is sturdy with no rocking when completing pull-ups, dips, or leg raises. Materials are of a good quality and it fit neatly in my garage. Excellent value for money, would recommend for any home gym.
Review: Great bit of equipment - This is a great bit of equipment, I bought the version with the pulley assist for kids and wife to help them get to a pull up. The construction is solid heavy duty steel and thick screws. When assembled there is a bit of give here and there but nothing that would cause any concerns whatsoever. Build time took 2 hours with the tools provided. All the nuts and bolts were in neat separated packaging, so nothing to loose in the build mess. The instructions were fine to follow, the only tricky bit was getting head around the pulley system but it's self explanatory once you see the bits. The features are everything you need for a body weight session, pull up, dips, leg raises and a push up bar at the bottom. Full body work out without the need for weights. Swapping the seat from assist mode to leg raises position takes about 1 min so no bother at all. Changing the level of pulley assist is a little bit fiddly but really easy. There are 4 levels of assist. The extendable pull up bar is great for adapting to allow kids to have a go. Changing the position involves unscrewing the bolts and repositioning, then rescrewing which is slightly frustrating (2-3 mins) but it's a nick pick. Overall, really happy with it and would highly recommend if you want to improve your body weight training regime to become functionally fitter rather than just muscular.

**Q: Can you remove the back padding?**
A: Yes you remove the back padding. The bar for the back padding just bolts on and could easily be removed.

**Q: Will this work for someone 6'5" without my knees hitting the ground?**
A: Not the ground, but you will keep hitting your shins one the square back brace bar,

A: Mines on a painted floor so slippery but it goes nowhere very sturdy....it is heavy so would leave indents in the carpet but should be stable enough

I have been using this for a month. It was easy to assemble with clear instructions and pieces were protected within the packaging. East to assemble. Instructions didn't say the online would be inside. Taller than I thought it would be. Is stable and doesn't move. Good variety of work outs to be done.
