It would help if the buds positioning was adjusted in a way that they fit more comfortably and angled inward. The wings are helpful as they help keep them in place, but its a loose fit and can fall out easily. I appreciate the ability to control my music using the controls. Skipping and going back works on iPhone. There are times though when a phone call ends and I have to restart the headphones for the sound to work correctly again. Listening to music I get good quality but not so much during phone calls. I would prefer the top and bottom buttons be solely for volume control and the middle button be multi-function my suggestion: 1 click - pause/play/answer call; 2 clicks - skip; 3 clicks - go back. If that were only possible by making it for just iphone or just android, then you could produce 2 products.
