It does not retain it's original tightness and the bills slip out easily. It's finish also easily scratched ....... "Premium" is NOT a word I would use to identify this item .... More like "Inferior" ........It is no longer 'okay' as stated in our first reply .... It will no longer 'work' as stated above ..... Compared to most money clips it is shrunken with a gift box to match. In step with the size, is the thinner spring and money clip, itself (It probably will not take a lot of abuse). It should be fine with folding money, but not for credit cards (Some consider a money clip a substitute billfold, which it is not).
