(iPod 5.5 Gen) The included ribbons are finicky, it comes with two so if one doesn't work try other. I have a Zif to PC Adapter, but it didn't fit it, :/ so I couldn't format it manually. . .. But I got it to work. I took off a star because in my opinion, it should come pre-formatted so it is more plug and play. Also I had better luck when i laid the ssd flat when restoring, and then you can flip and bend it. anyway, cool. glad it eventually work. . . Also you'll know if it is getting power when you the SSD's red LED light up on the back.
