Can I use adhesive only to install** A: The dispenser slides into a plate that it’s fixed to the wall. The dispenser’s weight when filled with soap may pull the plate from the wall if only mounted with tape. I used screws to attached the mounting plate to the wall. **Q: Can this be filled with any liquid soap?** A: We use commercial soap, but I believe any liquid soap will work. We noticed the commercial soap we use is a little thick thus dispensing a small amount.
