I purchased this for my Bugaboo. I also bought the skateboard which the seat attaches to **Q: Will this fit the older bugaboo wheel board?** A: actually not. I ordered one for our Bugaboo Gecko and it doesn't fit. **Q: Does this attach directly to the stroller, or do you need to buy the wheeled board as well?** A: You need to purchase the wheel board sperately. And make sure it's the newer version of the bugaboo wheel board. This twoo seat only works with the new boards. If you already have the old wheeled board check craigslist for the older twoo seat. It allows me to transport both kids without loosing the functionality of my side basket, which keeps things easily accessible. In the pictures, the shape of the seat looks comparable to a rounded, bicycle seat, but in fact, it is more of a flat, wide seat with a small lip to keep their little bums from sliding off.I have tested this product with my 2 year old and he loves it! It was a steady ride. Even with the hills at the zoo, my son had no problem staying seated. It gave him the freedom to get up and walk around when he wanted.The one disadvantage, that I have found so far is how far the wheeled board sticks out. I must fully extend my bar to allow my son some head room, as well as walk far enough behind the stroller so as not to kick the rear wheel. Maybe the positioning of the wheel will change when the stroller is in the double configuration. I have only tried it in the mono configuration.
