I’ve order every financial statement book on Amazon with decent reviews, and this is the best so far. It is worth the money and will give you a great overview of the three main financial statements.The chapters are broken up into very digestible sections that don’t require a great time commitment.

I found this to be very useful. Can't understate how important these concepts are when valuing an investment. If that's your angle, I highly recommend. If you want to learn accounting itself, there are probably other ways to go about it. The shape of the book/pages is a little weird and drew some looks on the train, but it does give the book a smaller size while still being legible. I put it on the shelf with the spine down so it doesn't stick out into the room.
