Made from hand selected vanilla pods and matured over time, our Pure Vanilla Bean Paste offers deep and complex flavours. Premium Bourbon vanilla beans grown and cured in rich volcanic soil on a tiny island archipelago just north of Madagascar, also known as the Spice Islands of Comoros. Our vanilla products are grown naturally, free of pesticides and are a product of love. We produce some of the best vanilla in the world. Our paste is made using Premium Bourbon Vanilla beans, Organic (plant-based) Glycerine, and a small amount of natural thickener - xantham gum. The beans undergo a cold extraction process over a 6-8 week period to ensure full extraction of the unique flavours of the vanilla beans. We don't rush the process, we want the full richness, flavour and quality in the end product. This is super concentrated and full of vanilla seeds. The glycerine has a natural sweetness, so your recipe may need to be adjusted slightly to take this into account.
