A: 3.5 quartz drains upon opening trans drain plug

**Q: Can i top it off? or do you recommend drain & fill? i’m at 115k miles. slipping is very minimal for now. i checked the level & it’s low & grey/brown.**
A: Drain and refill. I do mine once a year (every 20k, started at 50k) because when you spill it rather than flush, you're not jeapordizing internal components nearly as much. And you literally drain half the transmissions capacity on a spill and fill. Drive around for a few thousand miles, then do it again. 4qts at a time should keeps her running nicely.
