A: YES, IT'S BPA FREE AND MADE WITH FOOD GRADE SILICONE

**Q: can I use this for raw fruit leathers? please someone help**
A: I'm sure you can. I used it for melted isomalt, which is incredibly hot, so spreading fruit puree should be ok. I would test it with a small amount first, but there's no reason for your fruit leather not to set smoothly. Good luck!
