They fit perfectly and the original Ruger Allen head screws fit as well. I also used the o-rings that came with the grips without any fitment issues. There are no mold lines and the overall finish is excellent. It is notched out to match the original 1911 and even the extended length safety lever that Ruger uses fits perfectly. If you are looking for polymer grips for a full sized 1911 take a look at Skingripz. They have 4 different polymer styles as well as exotic hardwood grips. Highly recommend.
