I had experience but from a few years ago so I was a bit rusty at first. I was feeling so discouraged because no matter what I did I could NOT hear the blood pressure, not even a little- and the brand I was using was in fact Littmann. One of my co workers had this one and let me try it because she said it was really good. First patient I used it on, the sound was so clear and loud. Next few patients I could hear it so clearly it was insane. Bought the 50$ one before using this one, immediately splurged and bought this one, and returned the other one. This is the only one I’ll use, I really didn’t want to get it because it was more expensive then most but when I’m taking manual BP 20+ times a day it’s absolutely worth it.
