I had a hot chocolate and marshmallow bar and these little gingerbread mallows were the most popular! They're really shaped to little gingerbread men and it's super fun to just bite the head off! Each marshamallow man is kind of big - bigger than a quarter. But it's a good size because you get the whole shape of the gingerbread that way. The marshmallows came not-squashed, not stuck to each other, and the little men looked happy... to be dunked in hot chocolate and eaten.
