**Q: Can it be used as a ls evap delete plug**
A: No, you need another part for the evaporator, check ICT billet

**Q: Will it fit on the top port of an LSXrt intake?**
A: no! it not fit on the top

**Q: What's the diameter of the plug in mm?**
A: the plug is about 11.84mm.

**Q: what is the dimension from center of plug to center bolt hole**
A: Not sure. But I had to reem the bolt hole slightly forward for my LS3 install. Once its bolted down, you can't see where I reemed it.
