I have been using this soap dispenser in my kitchen for six months now and have been happy with it. I ordered the gray soap dispenser to put dish soap in because I didn't like looking at the palmolive plastic bottles(first world problem anyone?) and I really didn't expect much, thinking dollar store quality and that's pretty much what I got. Upon opening the package, the silver piece on top was already separated from the inner black piece, the glue had melted, but to be fair, it was sitting in my mailbox for a few hours in the AZ heat. So after putting some E6000 on and reattaching it, it does look and works fine. The funnel given was unnecessary, it was quicker just to pour in directly to the bottle. So, after filling it up, the soap in this thing just flows out so it doesn't need to be squeezed whatsoever, with some minor wrist adjustments you can get the right amount needed without it pouring and wasting soap so it will work for my needs and I will keep it as long as it continues to look ok and function.👍
