This is a heavy beast, and if that isn't enough, then just bolt it to the floor. How safe is a safe? That's the ultimate question I guess - and I've watched numerous videos for this brand and that of many others. They can be broken into, but it will take a bit of time, and hopefully it will first discourage anyone that comes face to face with it. I intentionally chose this model which is mechanical - because I hate finding leaky batteries in something expensive that I haven't touched in 6 months or 2 years. The mechanism is easy to operate and feels secure. They have a number of sizes from much smaller to much larger, and I appreciated being able to pick a safe by the storage capacity. The online pictures show you what you need to know - so I didn't include any from my installation.
