## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can I share internet with my iPhone to my wife phone ?**
A: If you install the SIM in an unlocked iPhone and set-up the iPhone as a"personal hotspot" in set-up then the connection can be shared with other devices. Your wife's phone must be capable of connecting to a WIFI network.

**Q: Wil it work in Spain, franace, italy and uk?**
A: Yes- the Europe SIM will work in all these countries.

**Q: Will i be able to usewifi while using this sim card?**
A: WiFi and sim cards have nothing to do with each other. In fact, you can use WiFi without a sim card even installed. i.e. yes, of course you can.

**Q: The last time i reloaded one of these sims i was no longer able to use the personal hotspot feature on an unlocked iphone 6s. said contact kpn nl why?**
A: Hi. The Hotspot feature should still be available to you after top-up. Please go into your settings and confirm the fast.m2m APN is entered into the Personal Hotspot section of your device. Please let us know if this does not resolve the issue. Thank you.

All data services like WhatsApp, Google maps

*by R***B on Reviewed in the United States on September 24, 2016*

The SIM worked exactly as advertised. I removed my existing SIM (bought the iPhone SIM removal tool - way easier than a paperclip) while waiting take off in Dallas. It needed the smallest form factor SIM - the perforations made it easy to get the right size. As expected, there was no data service on the ground in the US. On landing in London, I checked the settings as per the paper card sent with the phone. Everything was already set as per the recommendations. The phone automatically connected to BT and I was off to the races. All data services like WhatsApp, Google maps, Strava etc worked flawlessly. Jumped around a bit on the networks but never any issue getting a connection. I flew to Italy - same thing - connected to TIM and others without a hitch. I was away about 15 days and 1GB was plenty. I initially only enabled data for a few crucial apps, but as the trip wore on, I could see I wouldn't have an issue, so I was even uploading photos to Facebook using data. I couldn't be happier! On coming back to the US, I had a bad feeling I'd lost my AT&T SIM, and actually kept using this one in the airport on WiFi (of course no data in the US). Luckily I did find my SIM, and the phone's now back on AT&T with the original SIM. I hope to use this again by buying another data pack. Will have to lookup to see if there's any timeout period when the SIM will no longer be valid after not using it. Anyway, thoroughly recommended!

Worked great for just about 1 week

*by A***E on Reviewed in the United States on August 17, 2016*

Worked great for just about 1 week. I activated and topped up and used it in the South of France for whatsapp and web browsing only- there's no way I used up 40G in 1 week, being that I didn't stream videos or do anything extreme. It just doesn't work well. Save yourself some time and get a local chip in your country of choice instead of wasting your money here. I opted fro a free chip in France and it's just $20/month with local phone number to boot rather than the $40+ I paid for this thing for one week's use.

    carefully choose the network operator

*by A***D on Reviewed in the United States on July 21, 2016*

Worked as advertised. The data connection felt fast, although I don't have any speedtest stats. Was able to check data usage on their website.I never got LTE connectivity, but that may be a problem with my phone's supported LTE frequencies. Also, it seems that I did not have any phone number for incoming calls. One can always receive phone calls using VOIP services like google voice and skype numbers. However, some services, like food delivery and taxi need a local callback number. To get coverage in remote areas, it is important to try connecting to different network operators and see which one has the best data connectivity. The "automatic" network selection does not necessarily pick the best one. In one case, the automatic selection on my phone picked a 2G network when a 3G network with decent signal strength was available. Depending on the phone, it may be possible to apply a filter ("Network Type" in android mobile network settings) to view only LTE or only WCDMA (H+) networks. Then try connecting to a different network if the current one does not have provide speeds. Finally, this simcard is a good one to have as a backup and for initial days. For long travels, instead of refilling, it may be better to buy a much cheaper local sim card. In Europe, Lebara, Ortel provide 5GB for 20 euros -- 8 time cheaper than this card. With Ortel, no registration was required -- internet was working as soon as I popped in the ortel simcard.
