I set the thing up, pretty much daily , as I've been having constipation problems , since 1985 .Clean up, is easy, in the tub, using spray soap, & hot shower water, with ocasional " hands on" cleanup necessary. Very disappointed with the slow shipping (took approximately 5 weeks to arrive). At one point I asked the retailer for a refund as it appeared the unit was lost in transit and would never arrive. The retailer never acknowledged or responded to the request, which was annoying. Instead, the retailer helped track the package (which was helpful). The retailer has never offered to smooth things over with customer (too much effort, I guess) however seller has contacted me at various other times: to say that the package is bulky and hard to track, another time to remind me that he has no control over delivery services, once to remind me to withdraw my "not arrived" claim, and again time to ask me to change my review to indicate that the product has arrived (apparently not too much effort). So, here is the updated review, however, I doubt anyone will get to read it.
