I realize you won't want to remove the pump from your well. Our deep well submersibles are supplied with an extra label and our customers/installers are advised to apply the label to the fuse disconnect box. I suspect Grundfos does the same. Please take a photo of the label. If the pump label isn't available please provide a photo of the control box label itself.
