The pillow was rolled taughly in a rectangular box, all squeezed. The height of pillow is very low and it absolurely DOESN'T look like the ad. Images. Looks like a very cheap squeezed foam without any curve edges, because of material and height your head is almost on the ground! I will return it. It isn't worth at all. ### ⭐ Doesn't inflate well *by R*** on Reviewed in the United States on November 24, 2020* One side of the pillow didn't inflate to it's full size so I ended with a lopsided pillow. I don't know if this would hold up because I was able to roll it tightly again to fit in the box that the pillow arrived in. I didn't even use a vaccum to seal and flatten the pillow. Sending it back ### ⭐⭐⭐ Decent pillow, but it’s not as described. *by A***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 30, 2021* I ordered this pillow after my chiropractor told me to get a contour pillow to ease my neck pain being a side sleeper. I was skeptical at first after letting it set out for the 24-48 hours as the instructions stated because I thought it was too firm. Boy was I wrong, I laid down on it and WOW, how have I not had a contour pillow before? My wife tried it one night while I was at work and loved it too and decided to order herself the same one but in grey. So why did I leave such a low rating? Because the pillow is not at all as described and we got different pillows even after choosing “buy it again.” The description states the pillow is 4.7/4 however my tag shows 4.5/4 and my wife’s tag shows 4.7/3.9. Additionally mine is 24x16 and hers is 24x14. Both pillows were made for the same company and both were delivered at the same time. So while I love my pillow, my wife hates hers and says it makes her neck hurt.
