I absolutely love this resistance bands with four handles.Pros:Durability: These exercise bands are very durable and hold up well. The canvas straps are tough and withstand the pressure of pulling with ease. The outer part of the cords are made with a heavy duty silicone that shows no breakdown or stretch marks when stretched. The handles are made of a thick non-slip comfortable foam that’s easy to grip.Identification: Workout bands range from 10 lbs to 30 lb resistance. The labeling on each cord is large print and very easy to read. Each cord is color coded for even easier identification. As a person with poor eyesight, this is awesome!Perks: Each of these fitness bands can be used by themselves or combined for maximum workout. The versatility is astounding. I’m weak due to years of hospital stays and can use them with ease. My husband has Upper arm strength and gets a good workout with them. These aren’t just for arms, they work well for all muscle groups. Shoulders, hips, legs, and arms.I like it a lot and recommend it if you are serious about working out at home. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic and easy to use product *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 March 2021* This is an excellent product which allows you to perform a huge range of resistance exercises. The ability to use a door frame to anchor the resistance bands makes it easy to setup and quick to use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An entire gym in a bag! Wow! *by M***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 September 2020* I'm a beginner with resistance training. I'm really happy with this resistance bands set, especially since it comes with everything needed for a great workout. Five resistance levels bands, four handles, two ankle straps, a door anchor, and workout guide. I can't wait to see what else I can do with it. I haven't been this excited about some workout equipment in a long time. It's not only a great workout, but it's fun, as well. And I can just fall into a rep cycle that follows the beat of some music with ease, without worrying too much about if I'm doing it right.Way more fun than a gym, too (I am allergic to gyms, lol).Basically, if you just prefer being alone in your own little world, this is PERFECT for that. I tested it out thoroughly for different muscle groups, and it really does work them ALL. All you've got to do is change positions. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/216775703-bestope-men-women-sp01008-blk-resistance-bands-set-5-colors](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/216775703-bestope-men-women-sp01008-blk-resistance-bands-set-5-colors) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
