- LEG STRETCHER THAT ANCHORS TO YOUR DOOR FOR DEEPER STANDING SPLITS: Put one foot in the adjustable loop and pull the free end of the strap down with your hands; the anchor above you lifts your leg. The door holds the anchor point, so you set exactly how deep the stretch goes and hold it 15-45 seconds with your supporting leg straight. That gives you stretches a handheld stretching strap or floor stretch can't: standing front splits, side leg pulls, scorpion and needle prep, higher kicks. Sets up in under a minute, no tools or screws.
- WHAT IT'S MADE OF AND HOW TO USE IT SAFELY: 118" (300 cm) cotton-blend webbing, 1.5" wide, with metal slider buckles that adjust the strap length and the foot loop without steps.
