YUCHENGTECH Hot Melt Edgebander Glue Pellets deliver professional-grade medium temperature adhesive performance with a viscosity of 9000-12000 cps and a rapid curing time of 8-15 seconds. Designed for edge banding machines, it bonds a wide range of materials including PVC, ABS, acrylic, and wood veneer, ensuring strong, clean, and odorless adhesion at optimal temperatures between 150-180°C.

## Description

Features: Easy to melt, strong viscosity, no smoke, no smell, good fluidity, instant solidification, strong edge sealing fastness. Application: Suitable for PVC, ABS, acrylic, polyester, wood veneer, decorative paper and other edge banding materials. Precautions 1. Put the glue in a melter tank and heat it to a molten state. Use it only when the temperature reaches 120-140℃. 2. During use, the use temperature must not exceed 200°C to avoid carbonization and decomposition; nor lower than the use temperature, otherwise the bonding strength will be reduced. 3. The storage time of the glue in the melted state should be short, and it can be melted and solidified repeatedly.
