Review: Perfect for 1-2 cups of cold water at a time - perfect water dispenser for countertop. It is not too bulky. You will get 1-2 cold cups of water at a time but it is really cold. The other dispenser is room temperature. Works well. Not loud. Easy to use.
Review: Cooling feature died after 10-months - Update for Feb 2021 10-months after purchase it has stopped working. I plug it in and nothing happens. No lights. No cold water. The levers still function so I can use it as a water dispenser but the cooling function, which we paid extra for, is gone. Very disappointing. Original review.... Water flow isn't the best. Cold water isn't very cold but its functional. Concerned levers, which are not very sturdy, will give way in a relatively short time, but thats yet to be seen.

**Q: How long does it take to dispense cold water**
A: Hello Brandon, The time to cool from initial start up is roughly an hour, after that it depends on how much water is dispensed. If the reservoir is completely drained the water may take approx 30 mins to completely cool again, if only a cup is dispensed, it shouldn't take more than approx 5 mins to cool again. -GHP Group Customer Support

**Q: Does it need to be plugged in to work? I don't need the temperature to change.**
A: As far as I can see the electricity is there to only chill the water and light up the LED buttons - I have checked the manufacturers website and can not find any further information - personally think the unit would work ok - perhaps further information could be sought by contacting the manufacturers support number on their website. Hope this has helped you.

**Q: How do you adjust thermostat too cold**
A: You can’t its not too cold but it’s refreshing
