I started taking this as a why the heck not, its cheap, item. When honestly this coupled with eating better and drinking lots of water is the best thing I've tried for my hair. My hair is already a couple inches past my collar bone when about a year and a half ago it was chopped to my chin length! That's at least 6 to 8 inches in like 18 months!! if not more! the down side is after I take it I am nauseous for about 20 minutes after I take it, but that wears off and I personally think its worth it, I just take mine early in the morning when I first wake up so I can just sit and relax and you don't really notice the nausea, I only do if I try to be busy after I take it! also after a while of taking it the mint smell of the pills gets gross but if you took anything twice a day for a year would get old fast lol My husband loves how long and soft my hair is getting and I cant wait to meet my goal length (waist long) within the year no doubt!
