Shipping via USPS didn't take very long from their location. It arrived here safe and in working order. Or so I thought. LOLAfter reading the instructions, which I rarely do, I noticed it says there is a light that comes on inside the unit. It also mentions a power plug in the unit. While it doesn't say Voltage, A/C or D/C on the instructions, elsewhere I've read from the manufacturer it will run off 24v booster pump power supplies. These power supplies are A/C.I tried tinkering with it and connecting a lower voltage DC power supply to the unit to see if I can get anything to work. I have built many circuits and I understand what is the ground plane and what is VCC or positive terminals. I can only assume this unit is CMOS and very static sensitive because my experiment rendered the unit worthless. I should have known better when the Manufacturer offers such little information. I.E. Like what power supply or even some indication on how to power it in an always on mode. (Which SennoTech states the unit can do). It is a wonderful idea and the only manufacturer that offers this type of configuration.When the unit is hooked up to the unknown power source, it disables the auto-off for the unit and enables another one for the light. When you press the power/reset button, the light would come on for a short time and then go off. The LCD display should remain on. I have only read this, not experienced this functionality.The ABS plastic on the unit is very flimsy and totally in the 'light use, consumer' bracket. After closer inspection, this particular unit didn't have a light in it at all. The manual indicates it has a power 'Jack'. This jack consists of two predrilled holes on the PC board. I don't know how manufactures can release incomplete products like this.DISCLAIMER: This review is no reflection on the seller. The seller did his job and a very good one at that. SennoTech should not be distributing products that don't have instructions on functionality on the product. The current state of the unit I purchased is completely my fault.It gets 2 stars due to documentation. If you don't want the always on, power supply feature, this unit deserves 5 stars..
