I was going to return it but then added white nail polish before adding a coat of the splatter. It’s really pretty and trendy. Cons: It takes a long time to dry Hard to remove Must purchase white color as a base to use before this color Expensive for not performing as states in the description I think the company should set expectations knowing that many of the reviews complain about how transparent it is and needs a few layers before you get any color. I also think it’s too expensive if I have to purchase another color to achieve what the seller shows in the picture.
