Review: Very good budget car cover - I have had expensive car covers and this is a great value for the spend - This is a very good budget car cover. I have had it on my winter beater car this summer to protect it from UV and pollen and it has been a very good cover. I have had expensive car covers and very cheap car covers in the 40 years I have been driving. For the price, this is an exceptional value. I am using it in a somewhat protected backyard area so I cannot speak to it's durability in extremely windy environments. I saw that some of the reviews had concerns about wind destroying it. But to be clear, if you put a car cover on a car in a VERY WINDY place, it is going to be destroyed eventually. I have had this cover on my ride here in Maryland for three months and we have had a handful of very strong storms roll through - no issues. I would suggest strapping the three straps down tightly but no TOO TIGHT. Make sure the cover is properly placed on the car.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's a good car cover for the price

I bought this car cover because we have a lot of birds in my area and I wanted to buy a cover that would prevent bird droppings from landing on my car's paint when parked outside. Bird droppings are very acidic and can stain your cars paint if allowed to sit on your car and then bake into the paint on hot sunny days. I really liked the color design (the black on tan matched the color of my house) and I just wanted a basic cover to put over my car inside and outside of my garage. After an entire winter, the cover has held up very well given it's price. My only problem with it is that early morning frost and 20 degree temperatures may cause the cover to stick to the car because it is not 100% waterproof (water can get underneath it, freeze, and then cause the cover to stick to the car). In one instance, I had to warm the car up before I attempted to remove the cover but this has happened with thicker covers that have 3-5 layers as well. I live in a very windy and rainy state and even though the car cover is lightweight, it stayed on my car since I made the effort to tie the cover down with the three black straps and plastic latches that are attached to the cover and the cover did NOT rip even during a recent tornado and several windy storms in my area. The only time the car cover blew off of the car was when I failed to secure the cover with the three black straps and that was my fault. As long as you buy the correct fitting cover and tie all three areas down (front, middle, and rear) with the provided straps and connectors then this cover will stay on your car even during violent winds or a tornado in my case. My house faces West and my driveway only gets 2-4 hours per day of direct sunlight in the summer so I suspect that it will protect against minimal UV exposure. Some customers have complained that this car cover does not come with side-mirror pockets and that is 100% true. However, the side-mirrors on my car fold into the body of the car with a press of a button inside my car so that is not a problem for me. I do not know of any cars made today that don't have either manual or automatic retracting side mirrors but I guess some customers of this product do have such cars. Please be advised that this is not the most durable car cover as evidenced by it's low price. If you have an expensive car that you constantly keep outside then I suggest buying a heavier/thicker car cover that provides better waterproof, frost resistant, and provides superior UV protection for about $100. However, this car cover has worked for me going on over a year now and it has NOT faded either. I give it 4 stars.
