**Q: Why i havd not recieved? Ordered , and paid for. and not   recieved**
A: this isn't the place to ask this question. you need to contact the seller directly. click on "orders" at the top right of the webpage, then select the item to view tracking. there should be an option to contact the seller for any issues

**Q: Is the power cord on this pump round or a standard cord?  I need one that has a thin round cord.  Can the power cord be seperated in the middle?**
A: Flat cord with a two prong plug

**Q: For aquarium tank, do I need a stone or airline tube?**
A: This is for water not an air pump

**Q: What size tubing do I use with this pump?**
A: I bought 3/8" from a package on Amazon. It's a bit loose on the pump but I made it work because I have the tubing running up into the fountain and was able to kind of force it to stay in place. 5/16" would have been better.
