A must have mobility tool!
Very effective for relieving joint pain and loosening up muscles. I'll detail below the various ways I've used this and the effectiveness.Elbow tendonitis, sort of effective: Provides quick temporary pain relief, but didn't work as a long lasting treatment for me. Using a sprinter stick on my forearm muscles was a more effective treatment.Knee mobility, very effective: My left knee mobility is limited by a tight calf/soleus and inflammation in my knee. 10-15 minutes of foam rolling and using a sprinter stick can loosen it up, but these bands can do that in less than 5 minutes. Using the red band around my knee, and then again around my calf will quickly loosen everything up and give me full knee mobility for as long as I'm warmed up. I think my knee is getting progressively better as well, each time taking less work to loosen up and more general mobility being maintained when out of the gym, so it's slowly working as a treatment I think.Hip Mobility, somewhat effective: Using this around my upper thigh was interesting. Doing bodyweight squats, lunges, side split stretching, and hamstring stretching while having the red band tightly wrapped around my upper thigh felt pretty good, if a little tingly and uncomfortable by the end. Not a huge difference noticed in mobility but I did feel warmed up and loosened. Worth trying again I think.Bicep soreness, not effective: I tried the black band on my left upper arm the day after a very grueling arm workout. Didn't feel much change from it after, or the next day. Still felt very sore.Lower leg soreness, very effective: The day after running for the first time in years my calves and especially my shin muscles were very sore. I wrapped my left lower leg, did some calf raises, stretches, ankle mobility movements. For a control I didn't try the right. The next day my left shin felt back to normal, my right shin is still store.I'll be trying this on my wrist if and when I feel some pain flare up from grip training and I'll update my review with how it goes.I definitely reccomened this product. It's always surprising when I wrap up, work a joint or muscle, take off the wrap, and feel an immediate change. It's more effective for some things than others, but it's a staple in my mobility tool kit.

Fair priced mobility floss that works.
My chiropractor recommended to me that get something similar to Voodoo Floss and so I decided to with these floss bands to see how well they work. These bands are relatively cheap in price when compared to the other floss bands that I saw listed. I've used these bands several times and haven't any issues with it losing its stretchiness or snapping. I use these bands once a day and will continue to use these bands on my swollen ankle in conjunction with compression socks. The most surprising thing about these are how well these work as I've noticed after taking the band off after a few minutes of stretching, my mobility starts to come back for some time. You also get a lot of band for the price too so I would highly recommend these bands to anyone looking to increase their mobility after an accident and where there is swelling.

Improved circulation and recovery time!
I've recently heard of the benefits of joint flossing and being someone that experiences some joint discomfort in the shoulders and knees I felt inclined to try it.So far, I've noticed quick relief and improved circulation following a flossing session.Secondly, I've noticed less muscle soreness after a heavy strength training session or long jog when I've flossed after the work outs/jog.All in all, I'm quite satisfied with the product and results that I have noticed since implementing it into my fitness routines.Disclosure: I'm not a physician and my use of this product has been conducted on myself and by myself from techniques I learned through personal research on flossing methods.

These things area amazing and if you have any joint pain I recommend ...
I wish I would have learned about these years ago. These things area amazing and if you have any joint pain I recommend you get a pair. I had corrective surgery for a bulging disc which caused acute sciatica. Its all better now but every now and then it flares up and causes pain and puts me out of training for a while. last time it flared up I used the bands around my thigh and stretch like normal and when I released the compression it was instant relief. I recommend them for painful or tight joints.

Good product quality, watch youtube videos for proper use
Works really well. I highly recommend watching mobility exercises by Kelly Starrett on youtube. He's very knowledgeable and will show you how to properly voodoo wrap. View this product as a tool. It is only as good as the knowledge you have using it. It terms of quality, it is well constructed rubber with enough elasticity and toughness. Roll it up each time when your done so it's easier to use the next time. I also recommend using a rubber band or velcro zip tie to keep it bound when not in use.

Decent
What you pay for. It's a cheap compression band. Don't have any experience with any other band but seems to work fine. I use it mostly on my ankle and Achilles tendon. This may be good if you are a beginner with compression therapy. I see it more as a starter to see how this type of mobilization works for you.

Like 'em...all these wraps need an easier way to terminate them, though.
Somebody needs to make a good way to end the wrap so you don't have to tuck them in. For ankles, which is the only place I've tried them much so far, I'd recommend the red because the black feels like "not quite enough". Very much prefer the absence of logos on these vs. others.

Recommendation for Crossfitters
I crossfit and needed something to help add more circulation to my knees. I wrap these around my knees before I squat and it helps. I have knees issues and this helps warm them up and get the circulation going. My PT recommended them.
