The tiger is authentic japanese rice cooker and it makes very good rice and automatically goes on to warm mode, after cooking the rice, and the warm mode stays for 24 hours if you are extremely busy. I use this to cook and make onigiri, my love for japanese food and cuisine is just above and beyond. I never had an authentic japanese rice cooker but when i made my research it kills zujirushi very fast and has more tech and ease of use. You can do smoke salmon and even other type of foods is just amazing what i love is that it saves you energy and money and time!
