It's important to out gas your material prior to coating. For any part that has spent its life in oil, 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until it stops smoking. New aluminum, 400 for 10 to 15 minutes. **Q: Curing temp and cure lenght in the temp? I'm a beginner but been around this powder coat off and on in my life. Doesn't it need like a negative charge** A: 14 to 16 minutes at 400 degrees. You'll need at least a hobbyist powder coat gun to apply this powder.
