The instructions aren't very clear or easy to understand and the QR code which points you to a 2 minute video of a guy assembling the unit and doing it in a different way to the printed instructions was also somewhat confusing. I would advise purchasing a 3mm aluminium drill bit too as you have to drill through the frame to secure the panels together so it's solid. I had an issue with the sliding door not lining up against the magnetic strip but a word of advice, there's a black screw on the 2 top runners which has to be tightened to straighten the door and this isn't mentioned in the printed instructions. Spoke directly to the customer service via email. They said to go through Amazon message center. I did, and they asked for all the same details they already had from my private emails. Just seemed a waste of time. 1 of the reps comes across as having a bit of an attitude but that could just by my interpretation.
