Showed them the video and immediately replace mt item. This time I was missing a gasket. Unsure from shipping or packaging, but they were quick to fix the problem. I donr mind paying a little more for their equipment when I know it works, extremely high quality, and great service Review: Very pleased, high quality product - Shipped in a timely manner, arrived undamaged, very high quality product. I was concerned the chrome plating would chip but it hasn't and feels sturdier than I initially thought it would. The grips on the handles are very rough, a bit tough on the hands, but it's better than having them slip through your fingers like some rubber grips do. The rubber stoppers on the end bolts hold the plates securely. I'm very pleased with this product. ## Features - ADJUSTABLE DUMBBELLS: This 200 LB set comes with two dumbbells that can be adjusted from 5 LB to 100 LB each with precision plates in 2.5, 5, and 10 LB increments - ideal for progressive workouts. - EASILY ADJUSTABLE WEIGHT PLATES: Switch up your weight load with the twist of a weight plate to quickly customize your gear to your workout. - DURABLE CHROME BUILD: These chrome-coated weight plates and handles deliver long-lasting durability and maintain a sleek look over time. - SECURE GRIP, MAXIMUM CONTROL: Features medium knurling and a 25mm handle diameter for a non-slip, comfortable grip that stays strong through every rep. - COMPACT, ALL-IN-ONE SOLUTION: Replace bulky racks and multiple dumbbells with one setup.
