    BUYERS BEWARE !

I bought 7 of this item only to find out that I cannot customize the length of the rod. I cannot install flush with the ceiling, I cannot cut the rod it comes with it and I cannot find a rod in any store that would fit this fan. hired an installer thru Amazon who confirmed the above and advised me to return the items. If you want to go thru this headache then I wish you good-luck. But make sure that the fan fits the height of your ceiling before buying. Better still there are many other fans you can choose what you like. The A-Z Team was no help. That is why I would say Buyers Beware !
