I want to replace an old pastic reel, which has spacing 14" on center between bolts.** A: The mounting holes are 16" on-center horizontally, and 13 1/2" on-center vertically. The are really good hose reels, and maybe you can bolt a couple of 18" 2x4 on your 14" spacings and bolt the reel into the 2x4's. **Q: Does this have metal fittings (the part that you attach the hose to), or is it cheap plastic?** A: YES, It has Metal fittings. They are Brass, non-corrosive and work well. The older model had metal fittings made from steel that had problems, but not the new ones. **Q: How do you stop it from leaking?** A: Liberty has a one year warranty on leaking. Reach out to us at customerservice@libertygardenproducts.com. We'll be glad to help.If it's an older unit, check the two internal o-rings. They may need to be replaced. http://www.libertygardenproducts.com/images/instructions/Directions-on-Replacing-the-O-ring.pdfWe sell o-rings or you can try getting the Danco #12 brand locally. Make sure to clean inside the swivel with a wire brush if there is any corrosion and lubricate the o-rings with a silicone spray. Thank you,MeganLiberty Garden866-820-5805 **Q: Has anyone tried a 100' length of 3/4" hose? I'm wondering if that length would fit on the spool given the larger diameter?** A: I have 100' feet of 3/4" on it. No problems. ## Frequently Bought Together - Liberty GARDEN 704 Decorative Cast Aluminum Wall Mount Garden Hose Reel, Holds 125-Feet of 5/8-Inch Hose - Bronze - Flexzilla Garden Hose 5/8 in. x 100 ft., Heavy Duty, Lightweight, Durable, ZillaGreen - HFZG5100YW-E - Flexzilla Garden Lead-in Hose with SwivelGrip, 5/8 in. x 5 ft., Heavy Duty, Lightweight, Drinking Water Safe, ZillaGreen - HFZG505YWS-E --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/218350660-liberty-garden-products-704-decorative-cast-aluminum-wall-mount-garden](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/218350660-liberty-garden-products-704-decorative-cast-aluminum-wall-mount-garden) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
