I hadn't started with my 75 gal salt tank. Then I was faced with the steps of prepping what could not get the paper wrapping off of the live rock since it was selected and hand wrapped tightely. It had to be a gradual thawing I don't know if it was all the colored comic papers or the extreme temperature difference but all the water made the rocks were frozen solid I had to let the frozen rock about 36 hours before I could even get all of the wet frozen paper off of it. It looks great in the tank and there were lots of pieces of different sizes to place in the tank. The rock was well wrapped and damp in the box. I cleaned it all off in some new salt water and soaked it for a day. It went into the main tank andlooks just great. The colors on the rock is really nice. I wish I would have bought the other 40 pounds from this company instead of my LFS.My only complaint would be that it took a really long time for delivery, that is why I bought some at the LPS, but I really should have waited until thisarrived, so much better rock.
