### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cable pulley system
*by M***S on August 27, 2026*

Pulley system is super smooth, easy to assemble and heavy duty. Just what I wanted at the right price.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Haven't had it for that long, but use it about 2-3 times a week and it holds up so far
*by J***A on August 15, 2022*

I have been needing a tricep cable for a while. I was previously wrapping elastic bands around my pullup bar until I started looking for something like this. So far, I would say it works for what I am using it for, though I haven't put much more than 55-60 pounds on it. I would love to get a pulldown handle and try and rig this up for pulldowns, but I dont think it would handle the weight of that well. For now I am happy I purchased this and am getting a good tricep workout with it. I tried to do a sort of laying back row with it but it wasnt in the right position. Basically its good for triceps. If you want something for your triceps because you dont want to pay money to a gym membership any more, this works on a budget. If you are thinking it will do more than that I wouldn't count on it. If you dont rip and pull on it or yank it like a lawnmower cord youll be fine. Nice and easy, slow controlled movements like you are supposed to do and it will be fine.
