## Description

To Cook: Bring 2 cups water to boil and 1 cup rye flakes, cover. Reduce to simmer for 15-20 minutes or until water is absorbed.

Review: Good and healthy - I use these Rye flakes. along with old-fashioned oatmeal (they look about the same) in a basic Muesli mix that I got when I was in Germany. The recipe uses both these cereals, sliced almonds, and raisins (I use craisins) I've bought these rye flakes several times.
