If you can get in front of the MAF sensor then yes, if you can't then no. Many MAF sensors are far back from the throttle body making it easy and many are near the entrance to the throttle body making it more difficult. **Q: Will this fix my bad throttle? My car doesnt drive smooth due to bad throttle and im not trying to spend couple hundred dollars.** A: If that is the problem, yes this is the perfect air intake throttle cleaner. Also check for leaked in your air conduits. As the air hoses get old, they start to crack, and entrain air from outside the system that makes the computer miscalculated the fuel-air mix; therefore making the engine run rough. **Q: I have a 1994 jaguar xj12. the k&n filters seemed to have been over oiled and i now have hesitation on throttle. will this product remove oil buildup?** A: I use this product exclusively to remove fuel "varnish" build-up on the throttle body which is made of metal. I don't know if this spray will work on non-metallic surface. **Q: After using this product i am getting p172 (too rich bank 1) , p102 mass airflow circut low, air intake temperature high p113. i am fed up?** A: How long did you give it before getting a read on the error codes? My check engine light popped on pretty much immediately after using it and stayed on for, let's say up to 2 weeks...but, as some other reviewers said, it cleared itself and I've not had an issue since. I was really frustrated at first, too.
