A: It is used in addition to pouring medium to get cells in your painting.  Usually 1-2 drops in each color that you want cells to develop.

**Q: Can you use this in resin to create cells and lacing effect?**
A: No you want to create the cells in the acrylic paint then when that is dry you cover with resin

**Q: Is this safe for use on silicone-based paints or on solid silicone? I want to create a gloss effect on a silicone baby doll's mouth**
