A: There should be three colors of neon bright liquid chalk markers in eash set. If they are not included please feel free to contact us for a refund or replacement. Thanks very much for your purchase.

A: Only liquid chalk markers work on this magnetic black board.

**Q: Magnets down work. It doesn’t stick to my fridge. Why?**
A: Your fridge may not be magnetic.  Many stainless appliances are not.

**Q: Does this stick to stainless steel refrigerators?**
A: This does not stick to stainless steel fridge. However we have another product line which suits stainless steel refrigerators, hope it will help.
