They are also suitable for use in water based latex systems, where long-term shelf stability is required. It also can be used in C-type gravure inks, coatings, PVC plastisols formulated with water or natural rubber.Fluorescent pigments are black light reactive stable to indoor light or outdoor conditions without direct sunlight. By exposure to outdoor sunlight the color will change, whereby the degree of fading is depending on following factors: ■Color of the pigment ■Type polymer carrier ■ Intensity of the incident sunlight. ■Pigment loading and thickness of the end product. The higher the pigment loading and thickness, the better the lightfastness is.The lightfastness of the UV neon powder pigments may be improved by including UV absorber(s) in the formulation and/or by making use of clear overcoats containing UV absorber(s). Solvent-resistance: Black light pigments are substantially resistant to many solvents and plasticizers. I had to use a flat 1" drill bit in an electric drill to mix it into the paint. When I opened the can a week later and stirred, I noticed dark green dots in the paint. Stirred again. When I rolled on the paint, little green dots showed up. I had to smash them with the roller and paint over them. I am talking tiny. I haven't done a camera test to see if the computer editing software hates those green dots, but I did expect the paint to end up as a new green NEON color. The paint does look better than original color. I put in 1/2 a bag to a gallon. This is my first custom green screen paint. I had to use 2 coats over plain masonite for complete coverage. ### ⭐ Color and weight *by H***L on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on May 27, 2022* It’s is not even red color it’s neon pink. very disappointed with this color and description for weight is also wrong.
