I actually ordered the perfect size, I needed the 3X to go around my torso but not for the Breast itself and these actually fit just fine, but the best part is that the way it is made with the tube top itself, it doesn't put any pressure on the stitching from the surgery itself. The Bandeua is soft and smooth and doesn't rub on the stitching and irritate it, like the bra from the Doctor, and the Doctor told me I could wear any kind of Sports Bra or any thing that was supportive just no underwire. So these are going to be just perfect for me during my recovery and healing process, I am so glad I made this purchase. My husband really likes the way they fit as well and will probably want me to continue using them especially at home after I have healed. I have two real complaints. 1. The fabric is very skinny. Aka, it doesn't cover everything (I'm about a B). I bought the large because I read the other reviews so I knew it would run a little small. It fits perfectly around the chest. I'm usually a 34-36. The fabric just isn't tall enough to cover. 2. It is totally see through. I may have been mistaken in thinking it wouldn't be transparent, but I was definitely surprised! It really isn't a big deal as long as you weren't planning on wearing them under a transparent shirt. If I had no chest (like barely an A), and only wore them under shirts where the front was opaque, these would have zero complaints. They really are quite soft, and I received great colors! I am a 24D, and this does not cover me at all. I did put on my regular strapless bra, and wore this over, and it covered the back of my bra, and in the dress I got these for, it looked like I was wearing a pretty lace bra, when really this was just a cover over the bra doing the real work. If you are above an A cup, do not plan on wearing this alone.
